The company owns a portfolio of income-generating properties managed by a team of professionals with a proven track record of successful property investment and active asset management. The management team of LR REAM comprises 17 individuals located and employed by the local NR Nordic & Russia Properties Ltd companies in Sweden and Russia, the majority of whom have been integral in creating and managing the initial property portfolio for London & Regional Group over a four year period. Whilst the initial property portfolio, which formed the basis of the company’s assets on admission to AIM, is predominantly based in the Nordic Region, going forward the company’s strategy involves expansion into the Baltic Region and Baltic Russia. The Asset Manager has been instructed to focus on investment opportunities, either through single asset acquisitions or through portfolio acquisitions, which provide the potential for recurring stable cash flows and value growth through active management.
